From start to finish, this process can take about 10 - 14 business days once initiated. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE MY REFUND (TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD)?

The shipping, receiving, and inspection times may vary. However, once this process is complete, you can expect to see your refund in 2 – 10 business days. 

NOTE: In most cases, a 25% of Original Price PER ITEM restocking fee will be deducted from the total value of your refund. (Remember that exchanges for store credit are FREE, so we recommend this if you'd like to save some money!)
